Cooking was something that always came natural for Chef Jeffrey Long, growing up watching and help his grandmother cook Sunday dinner & on holiday, he would cook dinner for the family on the weekends & baked cakes for the fun of it. By the time he figured out what he wanted to do with his life, he realized that he wanted to cook. As a young cook having opportunities to work under various popular chefs through out NYC, honing his culinary skills, Jeffrey wanted more. In 2018 enrolled in the International Culinary Center completing his internship in 2019 where which was when Jeffrey started to feel uninspired & thats where he decided he wanted to become a Private Chef occasionally catering small dinner parties. In 2020 Chef Jeff came up with the concept "Cafe Jeffe"
